Our client is a technology company. They seek a Project Manager to join their Newark, NJ office.
Responsibilities- Oversee development workflows in collaboration with product, development, design, and QA teams
- Deliver projects according to established timelines, methodologies, scope, and budgets
- Monitor and report project progress to senior management and key stakeholders
- Detect, mitigate, and manage risks; decide when to resolve issues independently or elevate
- Ensure quality control throughout all phases of the project lifecycle
- Assess and recommend new development strategies and procedures
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Assign development tasks based on product documentation, design specifications, and QA input
- Verify timely delivery and adherence to proper procedures
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in a Project Manager role
- Strong technical acumen
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- Experience with Jira, Trello, and Bitbucket preferred
