Title: Associate Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations

Reports To: Senior Executive Director, Corporate & Foundation Relations
Position Type: Staff
Position Summary: This position works closely with both the Senior Executive Director and Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations to build, maintain, and expand relationships with corporations and foundations for the benefit of NJIT's strategic priorities in a variety of responsibilities for the Corporate and Foundation Relations (CFR) department.
Essential Functions- Bachelor's degree or higher and at least three years of related experience, preferably in a higher education or a non‑profit setting.
- .mu-2-3 years of experience in corporate and foundation relations preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work productively as a team member collaboratively in an academic setting with a wide range of university and external representatives, including deans, faculty, staff across departments and disciplines, ingredients giving officers.
- Ability to adjust to changing priorities and to manage multiple, deadline‑driven responsibilities.
- Excellent computer, database, and research skills.
- Very strong relationship‑building and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- At the university's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be exempted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the München position.

Range/Band: 25
Salary Information: In compliance with the NJ Pay Transparency Law, the negotiated annual salary range for this position is $70,089.77–$ (USD). NJIT considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses or other items.
