University Hospital seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (UH Unit Based) to lead care delivery transformation within a designated unit set. The role directs, coaches and delegates to staff to provide safe, compassionate, fiscally responsible care and achieve patient/family goals and satisfaction.
The Assistant Director has 24-hour responsibility for the unit’s service area, builds a dynamic interdisciplinary team, sustains daily operations, and drives the unit's Performance Improvement Plan
