• Daily supervision of hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons in designated departments and areas.
• Provide direction and supervision of sanitation work, while refraining from manual labor.
• Assign work, ensure safe and efficient work, and compliance with company and regulatory policies.
• Evaluate performance for promotions or status changes.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external procedures (Team Member Handbook, Safety Handbook, Cleaning Procedures).
• Assist Site Manager in implementing training programs including safety training and ERP.
• Report and investigate all accidents.
• Other job duties as assigned.

• Age 18 years or older.
• Minimum 6 months sanitation experience.
• Leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract.
• Ability to work in environments with extreme temperature fluctuations.

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
