Compounder--3rd Shift

We are a U.S. based company serving the industrial filtration, separation, and purification needs of companies around the globe. We are located in Lockwood, NJ and are a member of The Marmon Group (a Berkshire Hathaway Company).

We are seeking a 3rd Shift Compo under to join our team.

3rd Shift hours: 10:00 pm–6:30 am, Monday–Friday.

Compensation starts at $21.50 per hour with a differential and scheduled increases.

• Lift empty bags onto holder for product loading, guide bag onto conveyor and into bag sealer.
• Stack bags onto pallet from conveyor onto scissor lift.
• Load process vessel with product using counter weighted vacuum wand to transfer material from open lid drum into vacuum wand.
• Move drums, break and roll drums from conveyors onto pallets.
• Operate forklift to move pallets with drums or bags to and from production area.
• Climb vertical ladders or stairs to access platforms.
• Empty product from packaging tank by pushing along horizontal roll conveyor, then push or roll onto pallet.
• Sweep light debris from floor into trash can with lifting of debris.
• Repack drums by moving product from one drum to another using scoop.

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Compo under (training will be provided).
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to move various items.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
