Role Overview

Maintenance Jr. Mechanic at Master Manufacturing Company Inc. responsible for troubleshooting and repairing high‑speed production equipment on the line.

• Diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment, including PLCs and logic controls.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high‑speed production machinery.
• Perform welding, piping, and plumbing tasks on machinery.
• Read schematic drawings, blueprints, and manufacturing schematics.
• Work overtime and be on‑call as needed, including first or second shift.
• Provide on‑call support for emergencies and weekend work.

• Minimum 5 years of recent manufacturing experience in a hands‑on maintenance role.
• Experience in food, baking, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
• Ability to weld and use welding equipment.
• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and logic A+.
• Strong communication and English reading/writing skills.
• New Jersey driver's license (or licensed to drive in NJ). Own transportation required.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Verifiable references from the last 10 years.
• US citizenship or eligibility to work in the United States.
