Overview
Position: Marketing Officer
Per Diem: $15 - $20 per hour
Job Type: On-call basis
Job Summary Priority Group Services is seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing Officer to represent our business at various networking events, job fairs, and promotional activities. The Marketing Officer will play a crucial role in expanding our brand presence and establishing connections within the community. This is a per diem position, offering flexible working hours based on event schedules and business needs.
Responsibilities
Represent the company at networking events on behalf of the owner, effectively communicating our brand message, services, and values.Attend job fairs and actively promote our business, engaging with potential candidates, and providing information about job opportunities.Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while interacting with clients, partners, and event attendees.Willingness to travel within a 5-10 mile radius to attend events and meet business requirements.Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to event locations.Provide timely reports and feedback on event outcomes, including attendee feedback, lead generation, and networking opportunities.Requirements
Proven experience in marketing, sales, or related fields is preferred.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse individuals.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, taking initiative to maximize marketing opportunities.A self-motivated individual who is goal-oriented and results-driven.Must be reliable and punctual, meeting event schedules and deadlines.Proficiency in using various digital tools and platforms for marketing purposes.Must be located in or willing to commute to Newark, New Jersey, and South Plainfield, New Jersey.Have a transportation and driving license.If you are passionate about marketing, enjoy networking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
