Seeking a Marketing and Business Development Coordinator to work for a great law firm. You will play a key role in supporting the firm’s strategic growth initiatives. This position involves overseeing critical marketing systems, contributing to campaign execution, and supporting digital and content-based marketing efforts.

• Administer and maintain the firm's Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, managing user access, generating reports, and maintaining segmented mailing lists.
• Provide support for CRM-related training sessions and onboarding.
• Assist in deploying digital marketing campaigns using tools like Concept and similar platforms.
• Help manage and update the firm’s website, social media profiles, and blogs.
• Support the development and editing of various marketing materials and proposals.
• Collaborate with other members of the marketing and business development team on special projects and day-to-day tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Exhibit clear and professional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Show initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manage deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Maintain a high degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing or business development; experience in a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred.
