Immigrant & Refugee Services Division at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark
seeks a Case Aide to provide case management services to Refugee Program clients.
Job Duties- Assist program clients with document production and organization, form completion, scheduling, interpretation and other processes to support access to external programs and resources
- Liaise with internal program teams to identify client needs for initial assistance
- Serve as liaison between clients and external providers, where appropriate
- Follow up with clients to assess progress and record developments.
- Compile and regularly update case notes in client database
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Program Manager and Program Director.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Previous experience working in a non-profit or government setting is preferred but not required. Fluency in Spanish or Haitian Creole is required.
