Shelter Driver

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit social service agencies with programs and facilities serving Bergen, Essex, Hudson, and Union counties.

We are currently seekingPer Diem Driverfor ourSt. Bridget’s Residence Shelter, located inNewark, NJ.

St. Bridget’s is comprised of a shelter, a transitional living facility, a permanent housing program and a drip-in center that seeks to ensure safety and build stability in the lives of homeless men and women living with HIV/AIDS.

The Driver is responsible for safely transporting program residents to medical and social service appointments.

Schedule:6 hours per week. Tues & Thurs 9:30am-12:30pm

Job Requirements

• Valid driver's license with excellent driving record required

A High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required
