American Traveler is hiring an RN House Supervisor with ER or Critical Care experience and an active NJ or compact RN license.

• Hospital setting in the House Supervisor unit
• Oversees a facility with 600 beds and an average census of 380 patients
• Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend coverage required
• Uses Epic for charting

• Active NJ or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of ER or Critical Care experience required
• Experience with bed planning and patient placement preferred
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• At least one supervisory reference required for consideration

• Responsible for house supervisory duties across a large hospital system
• Must work 1 of every 2 or 2 of every 3 holidays per unit requirements
• Locals accepted at the same rate
• Former RWJBH employees (full-time or PRN) must be separated from the system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Completion of EPIC training and additional facility-required modules (up to 18 non-billable hours) required pre-start and annually
