American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN House Supervisor for a night shift role requiring ER or Critical Care background and an NJ or compact RN license.

• House Supervisor role within a hospital setting
• Facility averages 380 census with 600 beds
• Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 7:00 PM-7:30 AM)
• Every other weekend coverage required
• Uses Epic for charting
• 13-week assignment length

• Active NJ or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 3 years of ER or Critical Care experience required
• Preferred experience with bed planning and patient placement
• Preferred Trauma Level II experience
• At least 1 supervisory reference required for consideration

• Responsible for house-wide supervisory duties including bed planning and patient placement oversight
• Must work 1 of every 2 or 2 of every 3 holidays per unit requirements
• Candidates must submit RTO requests prior to starting; accommodations after offer are not guaranteed
• Former RWJBH employees (FT or PRN) must have been separated from the system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler
• Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
• Completion of EPIC training and other facility-required modules is expected pre-start and annually
