LPN - Patient Care Leader

Arista Care is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care to residents at our Green Brook Township, NJ facility. Responsibilities include medication supervision, health monitoring, assessing physical and mental capacity, and developing individualized care plans.

This full-time position, with options for per diem and part-time shifts, requires an active New Jersey LPN license and CPR certification. IV certification and long-term care experience are preferred.
