Responsibilities- Follow OTG steps of service and standard operating procedures.
- Greet guests pleasantly.
- Walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system.
- Highlight menu, food, and beverage options and make suggestions based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions/allergies.
- Prepare drinks following OTG recipes and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow OTG cash handling, cash register policies, and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness within the restaurant dining and service stations.
- Support moving and installing kegs of beer, CO2 tanks, and soda guns.
- Communicate with chefs and managers to ensure food is delivered to guests in a timely manner.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.
- Assist team members as needed.
- Inform MOD on guest complaints, feedback, and inquiries.
- Monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD.
- Inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues.
- Perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team.
- 1–2 years of bartending experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Familiarity with preparing classic cocktails and knowledge of spirits.
- Proficiency with food and beverage service, including beer, wine, and cocktail pairings.
- Fluent + fully conversational in English.
- Bartenders must obtain TIPS certification within 90 days of employment.
- Must obtain Serv Safe certification or equivalent within 30 days of being hired.
- Able to lift 35 lbs. in weight.
- Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- Must be available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions—must be flexible.
