Servers at [EWR] are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and executing the OTG steps of service to the highest standards.

• Follow OTG steps of service , standard operating procedure s .
• Greet guests pleasantly
• Walk guests through the OTG ordering and payment system
• Highlight menu, food and beverage options, make suggestions based on guest preferences and/or dietary restrictions/allergies
• Follow the OTG cash handling and cash register policies
• Maintain cleanliness within the restaurants dining and service stations
• Communicate with Chefs and Managers to ensure food is delivered t o guests in a time ly manner
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required
• Assist team members as nee ded
• Inform MOD on guest complaints/feedback /inquiries
• Monitor and report intoxicated guests to MOD
• Inform leadership team of low inventory and equipment issues
• Perform additional tasks requested by the OTG leadership team

• 1-2 years of e xperience as a S erver
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including beer, wine and cocktail pairings
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• F luent + fully conversational in English
• Must become TIPS certified within 90 days of employment
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, stoop, kneel, and crouch
• Must be available to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, holidays, and bad weather conditions--must be flexible
