Key Responsibilities- Provide day to day production support for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE
- Monitor and resolve accounting performance pricing and data quality exceptions
- Support portfolio accounting performance measurement attribution and benchmark processes
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks involving positions cash and performance results
- Partner with Operations Performance Portfolio Management Compliance and Technology teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
- Perform data analysis and root cause investigations using SQL and Eagle tools
- Support month end quarter end and yearend processing activities
- Coordinate with BNY Eagle support on vendor issues upgrades and enhancements
- Maintain operational procedures support documentation and knowledge sharing materials
- 3-5 years of experience supporting Eagle STAR Eagle PACE platforms
- Strong understanding of investment accounting and performance measurement concepts
- Experience with portfolio accounting security master data corporate actions pricing and reconciliation processes
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of Oracle or other relational databases
- Experience supporting production environments and critical business processes
- Excellent analytical problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with business
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $39.30/hour - $61.40/hour. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
