• Close new clients for domestic freight and logistics services.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Educate prospects on the company’s capabilities, with a focus on reliability, efficiency, and service excellence.
• Collaborate with internal sales teams to cross-sell trade consulting and international brokerage services, ensuring smooth lead handoff.
• Maintain detailed records of prospecting activity and lead status in CRM.
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, and networking events as needed.
• Stay current on domestic transportation, logistics trends, and compliance best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in B2B domestic freight and logistics sales.
• Strong understanding of transportation modes, routing, and compliance requirements within the U.S.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Hunter mentality with a passion for building new relationships and closing deals.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Salesforce experience is a plus.
