Sign-on Bonus: $3,900*

We are hiring immediately for a full-time sales representative. You will be trained in our products and learn skills such as communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and problem-solving. This role provides foundational education and experience for future career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver interactive sales presentations on eco-friendly, green products and services.
• Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and coaching.
• Engage in team building and mentorship activities.

• Strong communication skills.
• Confident public speaking ability.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and career-oriented.
• Open-minded with a passion for learning diverse skills.
• Outgoing personality that thrives in human interaction.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Compensation:

• $3,900 sign-on bonus.
• Hourly rate plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.
• Average earnings: $72,000 - $130,000 per year.
