The current Employee Work Arrangement for this opening is Hybrid. The employee will work 3 days a week at a Prudential location in Newark, NJ, Dresher, PA, or Shelton, CT. Employee will be required to attend or go into the office for any mandatory onsite/offsite meetings/trainings. Employee Work Arrangement is the business’s decision and can be adjusted or changed for business reasons at any time.
Whatyou can expect
- Field daily phone calls, respond to emails, and routinely solve financial advisor needs as they arise.
- Deliver detailed responses to inquiries about Prudential product features, performance data, hypothetical illustrations, and requests for literature.
- Provide back-up coverage to Internal Wholesalers and their territories as needed.
- Reactively engage existing or prospective financial professionals in creative opportunities daily, using consultative selling techniques and by continuously educating about Prudential solutions.
- Receive immediate training, as well as ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced members of the sales team in order to equip yourself with the meaningful sales and leadership skills necessary for success in this role.
- Focus on personal talent advancement to prepare for opportunities to become an Internal Wholesaler.

- Ability to pass State Insurance license within 60 days
- Prior Sales experience, preferably with Annuities
- Knowledge of Annuities concepts or the retirement industry
- Self-motivated and team-focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility, resourcefulness, tactfulness, and a desire to continuously improve
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Prudential is required by state-specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $59,300.00 to $88,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
