Mpower Direct is expanding its New Jersey team and looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, and goal-oriented individuals to join us as sales representatives!
This is more than a sales position. It's an opportunity to develop valuable professional skills, build confidence, strengthen your communication abilities, and grow within a performance-driven organization.
What You’ll Earn- $900-$1,200 average weekly earnings
- $2,000–$4,000+ per week for top performers
- Weekly pay—get paid every week
- Uncapped commissions with unlimited earning potential
- Opportunities for advancement in as little as 30-90 days based on performance
- New Start Bonus of up to $1,500 for qualified new hires
- Paid training and continued professional development
- Represent clean energy solutions through face-to-face marketing and direct sales
- Present Mpower’s services with confidence and enthusiasm
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop leads into successful partnerships
- Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive outreach and follow-up
- Collaborate with the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Keep up with market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities
- No sales experience required—we provide comprehensive training
- A positive, confident, and professional attitude
- Self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed
- Competitive, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Sales, retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience is a plus
- Most importantly: energy, ambition, and a willingness to learn!
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation is a plus
- No sales experience required—comprehensive training provided
