Pay Rate: $26.25

Position Summary: We are currently seeking retired police officers to join our elite team of armed security professionals for high‑profile events, concerts, festivals, and private functions. Your law enforcement experience is highly valued and directly applicable to the environments we operate in — where safety, presence, and professionalism are paramount.

• Recently retired from law enforcement (local, state, or federal)
• Comfortable working in public‑facing roles with large crowds
• Maintain a valid concealed carry or armed security license (state‑specific)
• Committed to public safety and discreet, proactive security presence

• Provide armed security presence at public and private events
• Assist with access control, crowd management, and incident prevention
• Remain alert to potential threats and respond with appropriate action
• Work closely with local law enforcement and event security teams
• Maintain a calm, authoritative presence in high‑stress situations
• Write professional incident reports when required

• Retired law enforcement status (Required)
• Valid RPO, concealed carry permit, and armed guard license
• Range Certification for the firearm you will be using
• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage large crowds
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
