• Provide customer service to clients by following security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem‑solving manner, supporting a positive environment for staff and visitors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Document and report any irregularities, including property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and maintaining visitor logs as required by site policies.
• Work closely with Allied Universal management and site contacts to address security‑related concerns and support the needs of a technology‑focused environment.
• Remain alert and observant while on duty, adapting to changing conditions and requirements specific to a technology and media location.

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
