Job DescriptionAs a diesel mechanic you will be working with our Fleet Maintenance team repairing over 200 trucks and trailers. This position requires you to be self‑motivating and possess a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Schedule & Compensation- Work Schedule:
Mon - Fri 1pm - 9pm;
Tue 9pm - 5am - Sign‑on bonus: $8,000
- Rate of pay: $35 - $40 per hour

- Preventive maintenance
- Cranking and charging
- Repairing and testing air brakes
- Replacing tires and wheels
- Using service bay diagnostic tools
- Repairing liftgates and other parts of the truck and trailer using welding tools
- Using Bendix air and ABS systems
- Conducting vehicle alignment
- Attending road calls while driving a company vehicle or truck
- 2-5 years of practical experience as a diesel mechanic
- Diesel Technician Certification preferred
- Previous experience using diagnostics tools preferred
- CDL Class A or B with clean driving record preferred
