We are hiring Spanish-speaking team members to work in our office in California, Florida, Texas and New Jersey, helping families across the United States. You will learn client relations, sales, and communication skills that stay with you for life, working side by side with mentors who want to see you succeed.

• In-person at our office in California, Florida, Texas and New Jersey,
• Hiring in Florida, Texas, California, and New Jersey
• Flexible schedule that can work around school or other commitments

• Help customers in person, by phone, email, text message, and video call
• Answer questions and provide friendly, helpful service
• Explain products and services and how they benefit each family
• Follow up with prospects and customers
• Support the sales and closing process as you gain experience
• Keep customer information organized in our CRM
• Complete training and coaching sessions with our mentors
• Work with a motivated team to reach shared goals

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must live within commuting distance of our California, Florida, Texas and New Jersey office
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Fluent Spanish required
• English is a plus but not required
• No previous experience required; students and first-time job seekers are welcome
• Comfortable using a computer, smartphone, and apps
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
