Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Pay Range: $55.00hr - $60.00hr Job Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to architect, develop, deploy, and scale Machine Learning and Agentic AI solutions that address complex business challenges. This role requires close collaboration with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to deliver production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy ML models and Agentic AI solutions. Build scalable cloud-based ML applications and data pipelines. Develop and optimize MLOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment frameworks. Monitor model performance, governance, observability, and reliability. Lead technical problem-solving and mentor engineering team members. Develop applications using Python, C++, SQL, and modern AI frameworks.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Traditional Machine Learning and Agentic AI. Expertise in MLOps, Model Deployment, and Cloud Engineering. Solid background in Software Engineering and System Design. Hands-on experience with Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Spark/PySpark, and REST APIs.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git Hub Actions, Jenkins, or Cloud Bees. Strong understanding of data engineering, distributed systems, and AI lifecycle management.

Qualifications:
