UX​/UI Developer

Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior UI Developer - Mobile Design Systems to join a collaborative team focused on building and scaling enterprise mobile design systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of mobile development, design systems, accessibility, and user experience, helping create reusable components that drive consistency across digital products.

What You'll Be Doing

+ Build and maintain mobile design system components, patterns, themes, and reusable libraries.

+ Develop scalable UI solutions for native mobile applications across iOS and Android.

+ Partner closely with Product, UX, Design, Accessibility, Research, Analytics, and Engineering teams.

+ Create and support automated testing frameworks for UI components and user journeys.

+ Ensure all components meet accessibility standards and best practices.

+ Contribute to coding standards, development workflows, and platform improvements.

+ Collaborate with application teams to accelerate delivery through reusable design system assets.

+ Mentor team members and contribute to a collaborative, team-first culture.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

+ 5+ years of hands-on mobile development experience.

+ Strong React Native experience (required).

+ Experience developing for both iOS and Android platforms.

+ Proven experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.

+ Experience publishing and supporting mobile libraries across multiple releases.

+ Strong understanding of UI architecture, component development, and visual design principles.

+ Experience working with Figma and design-led development environments.

+ Knowledge of accessibility standards and assistive technology best practices.

+ Experience writing automated tests using tools such as Jest, Vitest, Appium, or similar.
