Job Summary Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in designing and developing scalable Java microservices and Spring Boot applications within the JAVA CLOUDNATIVE skill cluster

Job Description Design and develop robust scalable and high performance backend applications using Java Java Microservices and Spring Boot Implement microservices architecture to build modular and maintainable enterprise grade solutions Develop RESTful APIs to enable seamless integration with internal and external systems Optimize application performance security and scalability in cloud native environments Collaborate with cross functional teams including product owners QA Dev Ops and architects to deliver endtoend solutions Work with version control systems and CICD pipelines to support automated build test and deployment processes Apply best practices in coding standards security and performance optimization Mentor and guide junior developers to improve team capabilities and code quality

Roles and Responsibilities Lead the design development and deployment of Java microservices based applications

Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance within the JAVA CLOUDNATIVE skill cluster

Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Drive adoption of cloud native development practices and tools

Ensure secure scalable and maintainable application design aligned with enterprise standards

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning reviews and retrospectives

Foster continuous learning and stay updated with emerging Java microservices and Spring Boot technologies
