Senior Software Engineer

Flint Global LLC, a leading logistics and supply chain management company, is hiring a Senior Software Engineer in Newark, NJ. This is a full-time position with a negotiable salary. The role is open until November 23, 2026.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in programming languages such as Java or Python.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications that meet the needs of our clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend development.
• Proven experience with a variety of programming languages and frameworks, including but not limited to Java, Python, and Node.js.
• Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
