Snowplow operator​/day labor

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Snowplow Operator/Day Laborer. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from various locations, ensuring safe and accessible pathways during winter weather conditions.

• Operate snowplows and other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clear snow and ice from parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and other designated areas.
• Apply de-icing materials, such as salt or sand, as necessary.
• Follow assigned routes and complete tasks within set time frames.
• Inspect equipment before and after use, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust work plans accordingly.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, and weekends, as required by weather conditions.
• Previous experience in snow removal or operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
