Job Overview
Academy Bus is hiring CDL Bus Drivers for local fixed routes at Rutgers University Campus in Newark, NJ.
Pay & Benefits- Hourly wage: $23.00 – $27.60
- Night shift premium: $1.00 additional per hour
- $5,000 Sign On Bonus
- Paid every Friday
- Paid training, paid time off, holiday, and supplemental pay
- Full benefits available, including free medical, dental, vision, prescription, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan
- Paid time off and holiday pay

- High quality, professional, weather-appropriate uniforms
- Electronic logs and DVIR systems coming soon
- 24‑hour maintenance and dispatch teams
- CDL license (Class
A) with passenger endorsement - Air Brake endorsement
