General Laborer
Location: Newark, NJ
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $15.49 per hour
We are seeking dependable bilingual English/Spanish General Laborers to join our team in Newark. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate clearly in both languages and perform a variety of physical labor tasks to support daily operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials.
Assist teams and follow verbal and written instructions in English and Spanish.
Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
Use basic tools and equipment as directed.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Report workplace hazards or equipment issues promptly.
QualificationsAbility to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Ability to work well independently and with a team.
Previous general labor experience preferred but not required.
