Materials Handler

Jasper Valley Partners is seeking a Materials Handler for a  position in Newark, NJ. This role is responsible for handling materials to support logistics and distribution processes. The salary range is $35,000 - $52,692. Applications are due by November 23, 2026.

As a Materials Handler, you will receive, store, and distribute materials as required. You will also ensure that materials are properly labeled and inventoried. This role requires physical labor and attention to detail to maintain efficient operations.

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in material handling or warehouse operations is preferred. Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies.
• Prepare and pack materials for shipment or distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels and update records as necessary.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a materials handling or warehouse role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
