Minimum

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Must reside in Ohio.
  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in manufacturing engineering, electromechanical engineering, electronic engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field; or a bachelor's degree with a focus in the teaching discipline.
  • In some cases, an associate degree with relevant experience, licensure, or demonstrated competencies may suffice.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships.
  • Willingness to use various instructional methods, including online systems.
  • Commitment to student success and engagement.
  • Alignment with COTC's mission and values.
  • Successful background check.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in an engineering-related field or education.
  • Previous teaching, curriculum development, and assessment experience.
  • For Advanced Manufacturing Technology courses: knowledge of machinery, CNC, and manufacturing experience.
Summary of Duties:
