Under assessment and supervision of the counseling/nursing staff and according to established policies and procedures, performs duties and tasks in a chemical dependency program, maintains a clean and safe environment.

• Assist with admission, discharges and transfers of patients
• Perform breathalyzer test, urine drug screens, vital signs
• Transport patients to meetings/activities
• Enter work orders
• Order supplies

• Read, write and follow verbal or written instructions
• Maintain CPR certification
• Documentation skills
• Work independently and professionally
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and driving record
• Word processing skills
• LMH is accredited by DNV and TJC, and as such, may require specific annual education related to specialty certifications and standards.
