The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center–Newark IT Service Desk is seeking a student technician to deliver high-quality IT help to students, faculty, and staff at the Newark campus. You will handle phone, email, and Service Now tickets, resolving issues on laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers, and provide hands-on A/V support for classrooms and events.
