2nd Shift Packing Associate

Armada Staffing Group is currently seeking dependable and motivated Logistics Packaging Associates to join our team! We are looking for reliable individuals who can safely and efficiently prepare products for shipment while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Pay: $15.00/HR-$17.00/HR

Schedule:

1st Shift (Mon-Fri)- 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs)

Location:

Newark, OH

• Prepare, package, and label products for shipment
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packaging
• Safely handle materials and packaged products
• Read and follow packaging and shipping instructions
• Assemble boxes, crates, pallets, and other shipping materials
• Use hand tools and basic packaging equipment as needed
• Stage completed orders for shipment
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Work closely with warehouse and logistics team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Previous warehouse, packaging, shipping, manufacturing, or logistics experience is a plus—but we are willing to train the right person!
