Our team seeks compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join the Newark Rehabilitation location. This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, a competitive hourly rate, and professional growth.

Base pay range

$36.00/hr – $39.50/hr

  • Sign-on bonus: $2,500
  • Shift differential options for nights and weekends
Overview

We are looking for compassionate Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. In this role, you will play a crucial role in promoting patient health and wellbeing through comprehensive nursing care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical and mental health.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document patients’ vital signs and changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for patients.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and safety standards and practices.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
  • Previous nursing experience, particularly in acute care, long‑term care, or similar settings, is highly desirable.
  • BLS/CPR certification, with additional certifications required for specialty areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
