Job SummarySeeking an RN or LPN who is a graduate of an accredited nursing school and holds current licensure in Ohio. The role involves planning, organizing, developing and directing the nursing department in accordance with state and federal regulations to maintain the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities- Plan, organize, develop, and direct the operation of the Nursing Department.
- Ensure compliance with current state and federal regulations.
- Maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times.
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a graduate degree from an accredited nursing school.
- Current licensure in the state of Ohio.
- Professional knowledge and skills necessary for nursing department leadership.
