Director of Nursing

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing to lead and manage the clinical services function at a large, fast-paced Skilled Nursing, Rehab, and Memory Care Facility.

As Director of Nursing, your leadership will drive overall quality clinical outcomes, customer service, employee relations, and retaining talented team members. You will be responsible to ensure that established clinical systems are implemented and maintained and strive to create a working environment wherein staff is supported and recognized for their efforts to provide quality care to our residents. Building positive relationships with both staff and residents is a must.

The ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator and a team motivator. Productive time management, excellent customer service, and a willingness to teach and learn is a must. A proactive approach is necessary in order to be successful in this role.

• Base salary starting at $135,000-$150,000 (plus, depending on experience)

• Newly created robust bonus incentive program (quarterly/annual earning potential up to $72K)

• Fully supported at the SNF by an ADON, Unit Managers, and MDS Coordinators, collaborating along side Regional and Corporate support

• Partnering with external Nursing Consultant to offer all team members additional support in promoting and enhancing professional development, in order to ensure and elevate the delivery of exceptional quality care.

• Ownership is also investing in state-of-the-art, scheduling technology to improve and enhance staffing challenges.

• Valid and unencumbered Ohio RN license (or multi-state license)

• 3-5 years experience as a DON in Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care
