Base pay range: $13.00/hr - $15.00/hr.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the salaried management team
  • Directly supervise approximately 40 team members and hold them accountable to job duties and performance
  • Provide feedback to the management team to build team member schedules
  • Enforce all company standards, policies, and applicable federal, state, and local laws
  • Manage and follow up on tasks vital to overall store operations
  • Maintain compliance with beer and liquor licensing, work authorization, and wage and hour laws
  • Emphasize safety, sanitation, and security awareness; ensure training of all team members
  • Conduct daily line and equipment checks; maintain cleanliness to achieve Health Department and Corporate audit ratings
  • Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards
  • Prevent cross‑contamination and ensure proper food handling and storage through training and supervision
  • Resolve escalated conflicts or guest complaints and communicate immediately with management
  • Adhere to cash handling and payment processing procedures and policies
  • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required
  • Optimize store profit by managing labor and cost of goods/inventory
  • Provide clear, respectful, and constructive feedback to team members
  • Exercise professional judgment in escalated issues to mitigate risk
  • Increase sales through community involvement, promotions, and fundraising opportunities
  • Take ownership and responsibility for overall store performance
  • Additional duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications
  • Passion for people and food
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Minimum one year of experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role, preferably in a high‑volume, full‑service restaurant
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable source of transportation required
  • Serv Safe certification recommended
  • Proficient understanding of food allergens
  • Ability to obtain a Food Handler Card
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heat and A/C units, and walk‑in freezers
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated self‑starter with strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary company and team member information
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure
  • Personable and friendly personality; able to communicate with guests
  • Strong understanding of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Knowledge of basic math functions involving currency
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and with others
  • Ability to take direction and constructive feedback from leadership
  • Computer proficiency with Windows programs, calculators, copy machines, printers, cash drawers, POS touch screens, and food equipment
  • Ability to lift 10–50 lbs (occasionally more) and lift overhead frequently
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and with high intensity while standing for extended periods
