Positions available:
Part time (2) and Full time (1)

• Transport clients to medical or hospital appointments, including assisting clients to and from the vehicle as needed.
• Maintain necessary training, development, and/or licensing standards as required.
• Provide to office staff:
  • Report on client needs and conditions.
  • Keep a daily log of client transport and mileage.
• Prepare reports on client needs and conditions and maintain a daily log of client transport.
• Vehicle fleet: ensure vehicles are clean, measure and document wheelchair size for correct vehicle usage, and ensure paperwork is signed correctly by the client.

• High school or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of driving experience.
• Knowledge of community resources and entitlement programs.

• Valid State of Ohio driver’s license.
• No points on driving record.

• Pass BCI/FBI background check.
  • No OMVI.
• Pass drug and alcohol screening.

• Hourly pay: $15.00.
• Full time work week: 37.5 hours.
• Part time work week: 20–24 hours.
