Delivery Driver (Non CDL, Box Truck) – Core-Mark International

The driver is responsible for intrastate and/or interstate deliveries of food and food‑related products on local routes, often handling urgent orders and customer service issues. All routes are expected to be completed safely, in accordance with company policies and Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). The driver communicates professionally with customers, vendors, and co‑workers.

• Perform all required safety checks—pre/post trip inspections of truck/van and trailer per DOT regulations; report safety issues.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines; report hazards immediately.
• Verify load security, count items, and complete paperwork accurately.
• Deliver customer orders on schedule.
• Unload products, perform damage control checks, scan items, and obtain proper signatures; collect payments as required.
• Secure freight and trailers; maintain lock and security throughout.
• Handle returns, remove trash, and complete daily hours of service log per DOT, state and company requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of tractor, loading dock, and trailers; secure equipment at shift end.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months box truck driving experience.
• Valid non‑commercial driver’s license.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years.
• Pass DOT pre‑employment drug test, physical, and post‑offer drug test.
• Pass road test and criminal background check.
• Ability to hand‑lift and use lift gates or other equipment; handle product weights of 60–90 pounds.
• Meet all state licensing and certification requirements where applicable.
