• Teach visual storytelling fundamentals, in particular through screenwriting.
• Teach courses in alignment with the university's mission and learning objectives.
• Develop and implement effective instructional strategies that promote student engagement.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
• Utilize the university's learning management system (Canvas) for course management.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to university policies.
• Communicating effectively and courteously with others, including employees, students, and the public, in a spirit of teamwork, respect and customer service.
• By actions, words, and lifestyle, be a Christian role model to students, whether through casual contact or in a formal supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience working cross culturally with respect, appreciation and humility.
• Other duties as assigned.

• An MFA in Film Production or Screenwriting.
• National recognition for their scripts.
• Experience teaching screenwriting or participated in a writer's group.
