We seek applicants with the ability to teach in a broad range of undergraduate, MBA, and DBA courses, with a specific focus on business communication, sales, marketing, project management, and organizational behavior. As the College of Business integrates artificial intelligence across the curriculum, candidates must possess knowledge of AI applications and demonstrate practical skills in utilizing AI tools.

Jobresponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Teaching courses in business communication, sales, marketing, project management, organizational behavior, and change management.
- Engaging with professional communities in these areas.
- Participating in the work of the department and the university, including advising and serving on university committees as needed.
- Communicating effectively and courteously with others, including employees, students, and the public, in a spirit of teamwork, respect and customer service.
- By actions, words, and lifestyle, be a Christian role model to students, whether through casual contact or in a formal supervisory role.
- Demonstrating awareness, respect, and appreciation for diversity of culture, background, race, sex, political views, expressions of faith, etc. and works well with a variety of people.
- Other duties as assigned.
- An earned doctorate in Management or a related field, PhD or DBA preferred.
- ABD candidates will be considered.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching.
- Expertise in analytics, statistics, and other quantitative topics.
- A commitment to the University’s Theology of Racial and Ethnic Diversity.
- A desire to work with a diverse community of students and employees who represent various cultures, backgrounds, abilities, ethnicities, political views, and expressions of Christian faith.
- A personal commitment to Jesus Christ and express their Christian testimony in a church. In addition, employees agree to live in agreement with the Community Lifestyle Statement and affirm the theological commitments expressed in the Statement of Faith.

- Appointment at the Assistant Professor level is anticipated, though candidates with significant teaching experience at previous institutions may be considered for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor. Salary and benefits are competitive with comparable institutions.
