Clinical Pharmacist at Providence Newberg Medical Center (Full Time / Night Shift)
The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient’s medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications- Pharm
D in Pharmacy or - Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Upon hire:
Oregon Pharmacist License
- Acute‑care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
- Completion of ASHP‑accredited PGY1 residency.

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
