We are seeking a leader who can intentionally model a highly relational Christian witness, mentor young women in their spiritual journey, and instill the values of Christian competition. Your mission will be to achieve elite level success in the NCAA Division III Northwest Conference (NWC) with an expectation of becoming nationally competitive, while also ensuring the comprehensive personal, spiritual, and academic growth of your team.
You will be fully responsible for strategic recruiting, managing all operations (budget, scheduling, staffing, camps), and driving a culture of excellence in alignment with the University's "Be Known" vision.
