Entry Level Production Associate (Multiple Shifts Available)

Your client is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Entry Level Production Associate to join a growing production team in a modern facility dedicated to producing high‑quality food products. Ideal candidates will bring a strong work ethic, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.

Location: McMinnville, Oregon – This role is fully onsite.

• Day Shift 1 – Sunday, every other Wednesday (5 AM–5 PM)
• Day Shift 2 – Every other Wednesday – Saturday (5 AM–5 PM)
• Night Shift 1 – Sunday, every other Wednesday (5 PM–5 AM)
• Night Shift 2 – Every other Wednesday – Saturday (5 PM–5 AM)

• Operate, set up, and adjust manufacturing equipment to support production lines.
• Monitor product quality and machine performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure consistent results.
• Prepare and mix ingredients or oversee product packaging to meet established standards.
• Inspect production processes for accuracy, including product appearance, packaging integrity, and final output.
• Support team goals by maintaining safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on the production floor.

• No prior machine operation experience required; training will be provided.
• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to maintaining a consistent work schedule, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize and correct issues quickly.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude with adaptability to shift priorities as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively. All materials will be provided in English.
