As a Resident Care Manager
, you’ll be the go-to clinical leader ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess health needs, oversee care plans, and support nursing staff — all while fostering a positive, growth-minded culture.
You’ll lead ongoing resident assessments and delegate tasks in alignment with Oregon Administrative Rules.
What You’ll DoEnsure nursing care meets state and Friendsview standards
Evaluate and assess residents’ physical and psycho-social needs
Oversee medication administration and treatment accuracy
Support and coach nursing and caregiving staff
Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Participate in Quality Assurance and Process Improvement (QAPI) projects
Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, and respect
Be an advocate for residents’ rights and quality of life
What We’re Looking ForGraduate of an accredited nursing school
2–3 years of nursing experience (long-term care a plus!)
1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong communicator — both with your team and residents
Compassionate, organized, and able to think critically under pressure
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and electronic charting systems
Salary
: starting at $98,800 - $108,680 DOE
