Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. This position requires flexibility to work variable shifts, with a commitment to providing exceptional care to emergency patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients while ensuring timely and effective treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Administer medications, assist with procedures, and provide patient education.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License (must be active upon hire).
- National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – American Heart Association (upon hire).
- National Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification – American Heart Association (upon hire).
- National Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification – American Heart Association (within 90 days of hire).
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an emergency care setting.
- Experience in emergency nursing or a high-acuity care environment is highly desirable.
