Senior Infusion RN - Infusion Newberg MOB

The Senior Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) has knowledge of Oncology and other specialty diagnoses, chemotherapy administration, side effects, infusion therapy, blood product administration, pain management, knowledge and skills with port-a-caths and all venours access devices. The Senior Infusion RN applies the nursing process in direct patient care and coordinates the interdisciplinary team to intervene according to assessment findings. Servers as a mentor for journey level Infusion RNs.

The Senior Infusion RN assists with orientation, training and education of clinic personnel and Infusion RNs.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school, And
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Or Associate's degree in Nursing AND 4 years' experience as a registered nurse
• Upon hire:
  Oregon Registered Nurse License
• Upon hire:
  National Registered Nurse Compact License
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire:
  Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), or other national infusion certification
• 3 years Infusion nursing experience.

• 2 years
  
  Ambulatory nursing experience.
